I strive to knit products that are durable and high-quality, but if you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to ellieknits.info@gmail.com and I will be more than happy to help you resolve any issues.
14 Day Return Policy
If you decide to return your handmade item, please submit a return request to ellieknits.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after the 14-day mark are generally ineligible for a refund, but again, I am available to help resolve any pressing or unusual issues.
If your return is approved, I will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items mailed back without first requesting a return may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Structural Damage: As the craftsperson behind Ellie's Knits, I take great pride in my work and strive to create awesome-quality products that bring people joy. If your plushie has a structural problem (e.g. loose yarn ends, holes large enough to see the stuffing or foam) please reach out right away to ellieknits.info@gmail.com and I'll be happy to help you resolve the issue.
Shipping Damage: If your plushie was damaged during shipping, I can provide a discount code for you to purchase a new one.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom orders, cannot be returned or refunded. Please make sure to read the full product listing before finalizing your purchase and get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted as long as an exchange request is emailed to ellieknits.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the original item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
